    Basic-Sprinkler adjustments and controller programing - Only new customers

    We will perform a full system check and make necessary adjustments to avoid overspray on the sidewalks, street, or windows. Additionally, we will inspect your DCA to ensure it is in good shape and discuss any needed irrigation services. If any pipe leaks are detected, we will provide drainage solutions and sprinkler repair options. Customers will receive an estimate for any repairs needed.

    After hours / Emergency

    $150

    We will go to your property to turn the water off for the irrigation system, especially when there is non-stop water in one zone, an irrigation main line leak, or a break at the point of connection. In cases of a pipe leak at the point of connection, we might have to turn off  until the leak is fixed.

    Winterize Sprinkler System

    $65

    We will perform a full system check that includes testing the rain and freeze sensor, reviewing water times and programs, making basic adjustments in sprinkler heads to prevent over spray to the street, driveways or windows.

    Most Common Issues

    Lateral pipe leaks .5 or 3/4 PVC

    Common issues such as pipe leaks often arise, and we will replace the PVC pipe as needed for no more than 2 feet. Any additional repairs, including drainage solutions or sprinkler repair, will be charged extra. 

    Main Line leak 1"

    $135

    This type of irrigation service is essential when there is a break in the irrigation main line, which is most commonly a 1" PVC pipe. If you have pipe leaks in a different size main line, the price for repairs will vary.

    Residential Valve 1"

    Replacing a stuck open, stuck closed, or leaking valve involves various materials and tools including glue, primer, PVC pipe fittings, PVC pipe, connectors, grease caps, and labor.

    Drip Residential Valve 1"

    $365

    Replacing a stuck open, stuck closed, or leaking drip valve involves various materials such as a pressure regulator, filter, PVC pipe fittings, and connectors. Additionally, for effective irrigation services and drainage solutions, you may need glue, primer, PVC pipe, and grease caps. 

    Troubleshooting - Hourly service

    $125

    This service is essential for identifying issues such as cut wires, bad solenoids, wires touching underground, or slow leaks.
